When will I receive my order?
The estimated delivery date is displayed on each product page above the “Add to Cart” button. This estimate includes both production time and shipping transit time.
Track your order: Click “View your order” in your confirmation email to see real-time updates.
Note: Delivery estimates apply to U.S. orders. Weather conditions or carrier delays may occasionally affect arrival times.
Multiple items in one order
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship together or separately depending on availability.
If items ship together, the order will follow the latest estimated delivery date.
If items ship separately, you will receive separate tracking information for each package.
U.S. Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days (from ship date).
Expedited Shipping: Available for eligible items at checkout.
Important: Expedited shipping shortens transit time only and does not reduce the time required to personalize or prepare your item.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 1–3+ weeks, depending on customs processing and local carriers.
Eligibility: Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability.
Tracking: Tracking updates may stop once the package leaves the U.S. and is transferred to your local postal service.
