Can I cancel my order?
To get your items to you as quickly as possible, Mirava Jewelry sends orders to production shortly after they are placed. Therefore, we are unable to cancel orders once they are confirmed. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

* Extended Holiday Returns: Orders placed Nov 12 – Dec 25 are eligible for returns within 60 days.
** Covered by our Quality Promise: If your item has a defect or was made incorrectly, we will replace it at no cost.
The Details
Personalized items
Personalized pieces are final sale if you change your mind. However, they are fully covered by our Quality Promise for defects or production errors.
Condition
Non-personalized items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase to be eligible.
If you placed your order on miravajewelry.com and can’t find your receipt, we can usually locate your order using your email address or order number.
Fees
Most returns are processed without additional fees, but some returns may be subject to a return shipping and/or restocking fee where applicable.
International orders
At this time, we do not support international return shipping. (If we approve an international exception, it will be processed as store credit in accordance with the table above.)
How to Request a Return

for step-by-step instructions and a prepaid return label (if eligible).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you an approval or rejection notice. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically post within 2 weeks.
